and proof that i did actually really, really use to race... this ones from 2003, i dont even remember the race, but i was eigth apparently... the '93 dale is unfortunately no longer with us... stolen in london a few years ago

Currently in Colorado doing some high altitude intensive training to increase my chances of not coming last.
